The neuroscience of Purpose

Overview
Your purpose is your "why" in life. Knowing your “why” is powerful. It’s that feeling of being aligned with who you are at your core, helping you make choices that actually fit your values and what’s important to you. Whether it’s about building a career that feels right or navigating life’s ups and downs, finding your purpose makes everything feel clearer and more intentional. It acts as your inner GPS.
Purpose matters for businesses too. In the past success was usually measured in terms of profits and market share. However, there is a growing recognition that profit is just one piece of the puzzle. In recent years, a new paradigm has emerged, one that puts purpose at the heart of a company's mission.
